Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. 

Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Friday. Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.
In case of adverse weather please check the Interlink Royal Mail websites for possible delays

ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging! Payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as PROENT giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 2.30pm. 

If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that during exceptionaly busy times, despatch of non-nextday orders may be delayed one day.

Erotic Supplies will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.

Erotic Supplies offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. We work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn't fit or isn't exactly what you are looking for then don't worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please try on with underwear if you with to return items.

You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.

We are really sorry to say that this policy does not apply to Latex clothing due to hygiene. If items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size.

We are sorry but as stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.

Refunds The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Erotic Supplies receives the goods in question.

If you are still unhappy you can return the item to the returns address printed on your delivery note.
